HURRICANE IRMA UPDATE: Our Central Florida region was very affected by Hurricane Irma but we are fortunate to report that Providence Golf and Country Club Community was one of the only large developments in Polk County to not lose power during the storm. We are also happy to note that many of our residents are reporting that their homes withstood against hurricane wind and rain damage beyond expectation. We also extend our admiration to the many residents who went immediately into action after the storm to help those in dire need in other areas outside of Providence.
When 26-year-old North Carolina native Lex Marsh built his first multi-family residence in 1926, Marsh Properties began a tradition in real estate that has positively influenced the heritage of the Charlotte residential community. Our family-owned company continues to exceed the standards of the multi-family industry, focusing on superior craftsmanship and progressive concepts in our various new developments across the Charlotte market. Throughout Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas, Marsh Properties has developed and maintained iconic landmark communities such as the Sedgefield neighborhood, Queens at Granville in Myers Park, Strawberry Hill in SouthPark and Providence Park in Ballantyne.
Concentrating on exemplary customer service, innovative landscapes and superior maintenance, we proudly impart a genuine hospitality at every one of our communities.
